I. General provisions

These Regulations specify the conditions under which you can book and rent accommodation in the Spa House in Jastarnia ul. Kościuszki 2a in private apartments.
The contract between the client and the apartment owner is concluded at the time of booking online or by phone.

II. Reservation

1. In order to book the service, the customer books the stay online (by completing the reservation form on the website www.zdrojowyapartamenty.com.pl or by phone. A preliminary reservation of the selected apartment will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address, which will be kept for 3 business days; in During this time, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation value should be transferred to the owner’s account, Dorota Brunka.
2. The advance payment is a confirmation of the reservation.
3. If the advance payment is not made within the specified period, the initial reservation will be automatically canceled.
4. After receiving the advance payment or the entire amount for the reservation, the customer will receive an e-mail or text message confirming the payment. At the customer’s request when confirming the reservation, a VAT invoice is issued documenting the payment received.
5. Unless the entire amount for the stay has been paid, but only an advance payment, the remaining amount must be paid immediately 3 days before arrival by bank transfer, no later than on the day of arrival with payment confirmation sent by e-mail or text message.
6. Online payments are handled by eCard S.A.
d. Payment complaints
The Entrepreneur will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this return; In the case of payment by payment card, the refund will be made directly to the Buyer’s card.

III. Terms of the lease agreement

1. The contract concluded between the owner of the apartment and the client covers only the rental of the apartment. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating during the heating season) and final cleaning.
2. Key collection: receiving the lock code via SMS; arrival should be from 3:00 p.m. and departure by 11:00 a.m. (the code is active throughout the stay)
3. The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
4. The customer is obliged to pay the amount from the confirmation of the stay reservation even if, for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the facility, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (communication difficulties, personal reasons).
5. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for the reservation about any events that may expose the owner of the apartment to damage.
6. The customer may use the apartment only for residential purposes and may not sublease it further.
7. The customer is responsible for any damage he causes to the equipment of the premises and to the premises itself. The customer undertakes to immediately notify the person responsible for the reservation about any damage and undertakes to cover it no later than on the day of departure.
8. Night silence is observed in the apartment from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day.

IV. Customer obligations

1. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to that specified in the reservation specifications. The customer is obliged to inform by phone or e-mail about any change in this number. Otherwise, the person responsible for the reservation may refuse to hand over the keys to the apartment.
2. The client is obliged to comply with the principles of good neighborliness and maintain the apartment in its existing condition.
3. Visitors who are not registered may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. The owner of the apartment may refuse to accept a client who grossly violated the Regulations during his previous stay, causing damage to the property of the apartment or guests or causing personal injury to guests, employees or other persons staying at the Sea Side Park Hotel.
5. Due to fire safety regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
6. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use electrical devices that are not part of the equipment in the apartments, as well as to use open fire, e.g. a barbecue.

V. Changes to the reservation

1. If the new date falls in a more expensive season, an additional payment for the price difference is required.
2. Extension of stay: the period of stay in a given apartment can be extended if it is available, please notify about this fact by e-mail or telephone.
3. In case of cancellation:
a. at least 14 days before the start date of the stay, the advance payment is refunded in full,
b. at least 7 days before the start date of the stay, the advance payment is refunded minus 40% as a guarantee penalty covering the costs incurred by the owner
